Essays 1-03a: What is family ~Lilo and Stitch ~

Last night, I watched the DVD of ‘Stich and Lilo’. I really moved this story and I thought about what is family. Lilo, the heroine of this story, doesn’t have her parents, so she has thought her family was broken. On the other hand, Stich was made by an alien and he was thought strange creature, so he didn’t know what family is. However, he learned about family through spending with Stitch.
Recently, I couldn’t think my family as precious thing. I often want to live alone and I sometimes think family is noisy. However, through watching this story, I felt family is very precious. Lilo gets lonely easily, but her sister, Nani, consider to Lilo and she tries to live with Lilo. Stitch saw Nani and Lilo, and he learned what family is. After the meeting Lilo’s family, he wanted be a member of this family. If he hadn’t met Lilo, he couldn’t make his relationship and he would be just a monster.
I thought family has the power that makes one of the closest bonds because Stitch could closer bond with Lilo and Nani. I felt family is so important.
