Cabbage roll

I cooked today’s dinner and today’s main dish is cabbage roll. Making Cabbage roll seemed difficult before making but in fact it is easy to make. This is the step. Firstly, I made inner meat. I mixed minced meat and some kinds of spice. Secondly, I prepared cabbage. I made cabbage tender by boiling. Knack is that doesn’t break the leaves. Thirdly I covered the mixed meat with boiled cabbage. Finally, I boiled it with other spice and tomato. This was not so difficult but it took an hour. It spend much time to make cabbage roll.
